66,000 Cannabis Plants Seized In Trinity County In the course of July Operation


Many agencies participated in a huge-scale coordinated law enforcement action final month in Trinity County, California, seizing tens of thousands of cannabis plants and much more than a ton of processed marijuana.

From July 25 to July 27, the Trinity County Sheriff’s Workplace, California All-natural Guard, United States Forest Service, and other people served a total of 15 search warrants on a number of neighboring parcels which encompassed 1,500 acres.

Authorities seized 66,902 increasing cannabis plants for the duration of the operation along with three,525 pounds of processed flower, two pounds of butane hash oil, two,300 pounds of fertilizer, and 3 firearms.

Fifteen folks have been detained for the duration of the law enforcement action, and a single individual, Jesus Moreno of Victorville, was arrested in accordance with California Wellness and Security Code sections 11358(d)(three)(D) and 11359 relating to illegal cannabis cultivation, sale, and environmental harm.

Moreno is facing 16 distinct environmental crimes, as are other men and women linked with the incident, according to a press release from the Trinity County Sheriff’s Workplace.
